You guys are free to schedule your own meetings anywhere you want to. The group is open, and you are all organizers. If you want speakers then I suggest you source them from within the group. Talk to each other about putting something together, and something great will probably turn out.

If your Meetup Group is set up so that members can add new Meetups, you'll see a prompt on your Group home page that says + Suggest a New Meetup

Another note, membership dues are a suggested donation, you are not required to pay the fee, but if you want to access the community then it's appreciated if you contribute.

I am a first-timer to the upcoming meeting and I have a question? Exactly where building wise and the address you are meeting at. Any suggestions on where to park? I know it starts at 8am but how long does it go for? What type of food are you serving? I am not sure if I need to bring a bag lunch or not?
